Day #21

Day #21- The final day of my 21 Happy Days!!! A lot of happy things have happened today, however, the one thing that did make me happy was the video of strangers kissing for the first time! That might sound weird but it's all over Facebook and it's actually quite cute (if you ignore the sloppy kissing sounds). Give it a watch :)

Day #20- Happy moment of today...Dodgeball squad photos are finally up! Sad that I'll be leaving them all after 2 years but still 3 1/2 months to go!

Day #18- I previously posted saying how amazed I was that it was sunny in Birmingham but for once it's lasted more than one day! Thought I'd take a picture from my window of the Uni because it looks so pretty :)

Day #18 - The happy moment of day 18 was snuggling down to watch Bridesmaids with our (failed) version of rocky road! Never laughed so much at a film & never eaten so many digestive biscuits....

Day #17 - The sun has finally made an appearance in Brum!

 Hopefully this means that summer will soon be here :) (wishful thinking)

Day #14- IT'S PANCAKE DAY!!!! Nothing makes me happier than a day dedicated to tasty food. Today I had bacon and rocket pancakes followed by melted chocolate and banana!

Day #5 - Lovely end to a weekend in Bristol! Food at the Arch House Deli & Drinks at The White Bear... Perrrfect ♥

Day # 4 - Happy day #4 has to include a Hotcha chinese! Fried noodles, crispy lemon chicken and crispy shredded beef. Delicious!

Day #3 - My happy moment on the 3rd day of the challenge has got to be making  pancakes with my housemate! 

Day #2

Day #2 - I took part in the Unicef Tap Project where you have to leave your phone alone and  for each 10 every ten minutes that you don’t touch your phone, a Unicef sponsor funds one day of clean water for a child in need.  I'm a bit of a phone addict so I left it on overnight and managed to provide over a months worth of water!!

Day #1 of 21 Happy Days of a 21 year old starts now. What could be tastier than a gooey, warm, chocolaty, artery blocking chocolate orange brownie. This is a good start to my 100 Happy Days countdown... 

Go on then, I'll share the happiness...

♥ Recipe ♥

150g Self Raising Flour

350g Caster Sugar

150g Butter

4 Eggs

100g Dairy Milk Chocolate

1 Terry's Chocolate Orange

1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan and once melted add the butter 

2. Add the caster sugar 

3. Whisk in 4 eggs

4. Add the flour

5. Mix it up

6. Place in a greased dish & slop in the choccy orange segments

20 mins cooking -- TADA tasty treat to start the happy days
